My Xmas stay at this hot spring hotel was amazing! I loved how they had a variety of hot spring tubs with unique concoctions like rose syrup and milk. The public facilities such as the steam rooms and massage jets were also excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near food and souvenir shops, making it easy to explore the area. And not to mention the comfortable beds and sparkling clean rooms. It was definitely a cozy and relaxing holiday!
The kids' playground equipment was rusty and not suitable for play. My children didn't want to go on it at all.

There was an issue with rusty play equipment in a child's pool.

The hot spring pools were amazing! There were different concoctions to dip into like rose syrup, milk, and rice water. the huge bathtub in the room was also a plus, with hot mineral spring water that made us feel so relaxed. the location was convenient, close to food and souvenir shops. the hotel was suitable for families with kids.
the smell in the bathroom was terrible, it was like stagnant water mixed with sewage.

We loved the convenient location right in the city centre, which gave us easy access to everything - from hot springs to food and souvenir shops.
